Adam W. Barney is an Energy Coach and author of “Make Your Own Glass Half Full: The Path To Empowered Optimism and Autonomy,” arriving in the summer of 2024. He has helped hundreds of emerging and executive leaders unlock their goals through systems, build energy, and strengthen accountability for long-term transformation. His focus on optimism and autonomy guided him for over two decades in his career and enables his client’s growth through those values. Previously, he worked in leadership positions at large and small organizations, including Microsoft, Digitas, and Akamai Technologies.
He proudly lives in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston in a state of controlled chaos with his wife and four other heartbeats (two dogs + two young daughters). Music drives his daily energy, so keep your eyes peeled for him at your next concert.
