Ben Hron has spent 20+ years advising entrepreneurs as they launch and grow their businesses, and has served as outside general counsel for numerous companies from inception to exit. Ben often gets involved when a business is still in its infancy and helps guide the founders through the formative stages of their company's development on various legal and business matters including founder equity splits, angel and venture capital financing, crowdfunding, mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, strategic collaborations and technology licensing. He also represents private equity and venture capital funds, angel investors and financial institutions in connection with the financing of public and private companies. 


Ben is a partner in the law firm of Nelson Mullins and a member of the firm’s Venture Capital and Technology Team, which was ranked among the most active in the United States for venture capital financings in 2023 by Pitchbook.
