Hello! My name is Colin and I have been in the world of Talent Acquisition for the past decade. I am passionate about building diverse, high-performing teams where the conversation flows and people feel supported and welcome. I’m also a strong advocate for neurodiversity within the workplace, and fostering conversations around this topic to help raise awareness.
Throughout my career I have worked in a number of industries spanning across Advertising, Automotive, Agriculture, Cannabis, Healthcare, Marketing, and Dairy. This work has enabled me to learn a lot about change management and how to build and lead teams with empathy. My mission objective has always been to change the candidate experience.
