About this speaker

Courtney’s experience is where operations and creativity collide. She eats, sleeps, and breathes operational efficiency and expertly manages creative projects with vigor and excitement. Courtney is passionate about enabling entrepreneurs through disruptive strategy development, solving cross-functional business challenges, and producing show-stopping creative support.

Courtney began her career working in corporate social responsibility at Comcast where she was focused on managing company-wide philanthropic campaigns and regional nonprofit investments. She pivoted to scratch her creative itch when she joined Celtra, an AdTech agency, where she worked in partnership with the CEO to manage company-wide initiatives during a $15m Series C round with WPP and Unilever Ventures. She was also instrumental in creating the first digital (un)conference on Richard Branson’s Necker Island with the largest thought leaders, CEOs, and artists in digital.

Courtney most recently spearheaded operations at Main+Rose, a global creative agency, after joining the founders at the start of their journey. She was responsible for building the foundation for systems, processes, culture, business development, and client services and helped scale the agency 5x while reducing operational expenses by 20% in year five. Courtney holds an MBA from Boston College and a bachelor’s degree in management and global perspectives from Bentley University, and you can typically find her trying to master complicated recipes, making homemade strawberry matcha lattes or landscaping her yard.
