Grace is an entrepreneurial business leader who brings her strengths in talent development and business operations across a variety of industries including biotech, consulting, manufacturing and retail.

She previously held HR leadership roles at early stage biotechs including Celsius Therapeutics and Pear Therapeutics, helping to facilitate inclusive and engaging cultures of accountability. She worked with peers at Cell Signaling Technology to develop and facilitate global leadership development, compensation and performance management programs. Before working in life sciences, Grace began her career in talent acquisition building the employment value proposition at well known branded companies including Timberland, J.Crew, Ogilvy and DuPont. 

Grace holds both an undergraduate and masters degree in business, from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton and University of Michigan’s Ross Schools of Business, respectively. In addition to being a triathlete, she is passionate about mental health and certified in Emotional Agility and Mental Health First Aid.
