Izabella Pivo is a dynamic mentor for early-stage startups and brands, a digital influencer, and a public speaker. She is currently the co-vice president of We Build, a program dedicated to fostering personal and professional growth through a series of skill-building courses for women and non-binary individuals. Izabella is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Communications, with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Start-Ups and a minor in Mindfulness Studies.
As the previous CEO of The Inter-Disciplinary Entrepreneurship Accelerator (IDEA) at Northeastern University, Izabella led the accelerator, guiding innovative ideas from conception to launch and overseeing +$100,000 in non-equity grants. Her extensive experience includes serving on the Executive Board of the Entrepreneurs Club, where she excelled as Content Coordinator and Co-Director of The Husky Startup Challenge (an early stage accelerator for first time founders). She was also a finalist in Demo Day Spring 2022 with her first startup.
Izabella founded Piece of Mind (not active), a task and scheduling software designed to help young professionals manage their work, school, and home environments, promoting mental health and self-reflection. She also was pivotal as Northeastern University's first Campus Director for The Hult Prize Foundation, organizing events and mentorship programs that earned a nomination for World’s Best OnCampus Program.
As an influencer and mentor, Izabella educates and supports brand development for personal, passion projects, and businesses, specializing in underrepresented founders. She often speaks at youth, entrepreneurship, leadership, and personal branding events to share lessons and frameworks.
