On the professional front, I've led SaaS Customer Success teams of 20+ people from seed to $100 million in ARR. This includes experience at VC, PE & publicly backed companies and being a part of multiple exits. My approach blends 15 years of serving enterprise, mid-market & SMB customers across all stages of go-to-market, including Sales, Marketing, & Customer Success.
After recently taking a step back from my latest role leading all of post-sales at a VC backed prop-tech startup, I am actively seeking a role with a company that is PE or VC backed, has revenue of $5-50 million, and needs support in building teams and playbooks to drive adoption, retention (both GRR & NRR) and growth. My family and I are open to relocation as we take on the next adventure.
As far as passion projects, I find joy in coaching (both career coaching & soccer) and investing in community driven businesses. I have volunteer experience with Big Brothers Big Sisters, Soccer Without Borders, Career Collaborative, & Milton High School Varsity Soccer.
