Kaitlyn works closely with BankTech's limited partner banks and portfolio fintechs to foster productive relationships and facilitate a seamless technology onboarding experience from sourcing to implementation. In her role, she provides guidance to fintechs on what’s needed to become the best fit for community banks and works directly with the Fund's limited partner banks to ensure they have all the resources and information necessary to ease their digital transformation journey. Prior to joining BankTech, she earned her Bachelor's in Statistics and Analytics from the University of Connecticut.
