Katie Bickford is a seasoned executive with a track record in developing and executing successful commercial strategies, leadership, and talent development across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer, her expertise spans Enterprise SaaS, Cloud Services, Internet Technology, Education, Medical Devices, Solar Energy, Marketing Analytics SaaS, Demand Response, Energy Procurement, and Commercial Real Estate.

Katie began her impressive career at EnerNOC, where she built a $300 million ARR inside sales organization from the ground up. She introduced a unique ""BDA"" role, fostering a culture of pride of ownership, accountability, and results-driven performance among professionals from diverse backgrounds. Her innovative lead-generation strategies significantly enhanced the sales organization, and she sourced $14.6 million in margin within six months, establishing best practices that became the blueprint for the company.

Following her success at EnerNOC, Katie joined Acquia. Relocating to England, Katie established the EMEA sales organization across multiple markets.

Katie's journey continued at Starry Internet, where she built out network implementation and commercial real estate partnerships, accelerating network build and end-user acquisition from the ground up. She established national agreements with major REITs and MDU management companies, and a national POC with Best Buy. She also built the sales, sales operations, commercial real estate strategy, and customer success organizations.
