My practice is centered around structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex agreements, and providing strategic advice on a broad spectrum of outsourcing matters and protecting client's intellectual property. This includes cloud computing and SaaS licensing, master services agreements, online terms and conditions, and privacy policies, catering to diverse industries and technologies. I have been active in the greater Boston technology community for several years, working at prominent software startups in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. More recently, I have worked in large financial institutions in all facets of the creation of outsourcing strategy and licensing.
