Prior to Fetch, Michelle spent nearly a decade at Meta and was responsible for the strategic development and revenue expansion of advertising products across Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, Oculus, and Instagram. Under her leadership, teams consistently exceeded growth targets, contributing billions in revenue and pioneering strategies that enhanced user engagement and advertiser value. Michelle was instrumental in implementing diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging initiatives that became integral to Meta's workplace culture and success. Before Meta, Michelle held pivotal roles at Google and global advertising agency BBDO.
