Nazma Rosado is a Principal with Avion Consulting. She has over 25 years of experience in the leadership, team and organizational development spaces. She served as the Global Head of Organizational Development at several large companies prior to her transition into consulting. She works with senior leaders to help change behaviors that shape the company’s culture and increase employee engagement, inclusion, and belonging. Nazma has a passion for people and a strong desire to make the workplace more diverse, engaging, and productive by choice. She is an experienced executive coach and has helped senior leaders develop their staff, teams, and selves.

Nazma served as a Lead for the Change Management Council for TransCelerate Biopharma and as the Change Champion for Astellas Pharma. She also served as a member of the Healthcare Businesswoman’s Association (HBA) Mid-Atlantic Region board (Programming Co-Chair). Nazma currently serves on the Board of the Organization Development Network and is the Chair of the Marketing & Communications Committee. She is also on the Board of the Mary Aline Gay Heart for Haiti Foundation where she serves as the Leadership & Operations Director. In addition, she is an Adjunct Professor at Suffolk University Law School and at Framingham State University.

She is highly skilled at training strategy design/delivery, change management needs identification, and creating cultures that value diversity, equity, and inclusion. Nazma is a global leader with experience managing staff and collaborating with partners remotely and globally with proven success.
