Bob is a founding partner at Peak Corporate Counsel. He focuses his practice on M&A, venture financing, and corporate transactions. In recent years, he has counseled hundreds of startups on issues ranging from formation to exit, and everything in between. Prior to his time at Peak, Bob was a corporate attorney at law firms in New Hampshire and Boston. Robert is a former officer in the US Marine Corps, and served in Iraq in 2007 and again in 2008. When not working with startups, Bob can be found in the mountains of New Hampshire or playing rugby.
