Samantha Yancich is the Senior Director of People Operations & Special Projects at NuvoAir and is responsible for scaling a culture of innovation, accountability, and patient obsession. While earning an MBA from Boston College in Strategic Leadership, Sam began helping high growth startups scale HR, operations, and other functions to ensure internal systems and processes aligned with and supported each stage of the company’s growth. At NuvoAir, she has built and scaled the PeopleOps function, the Medical PC, and corporate goal setting methodologies. Previously, Sam worked for ProfitWell (acquired by Paddle.com) as the Head of People, and in lobbying and government at O’Neill and Associates and the State House.
