Sean Bock has been a franchise industry expert for almost 20 years. Over the last ten years, he's focused on emerging beauty service brands and converting their company-owned model to franchising. He was the first franchise hire at Drybar, where he spent six years building out their franchise strategy. Over the last two years, he's focused on investing and launching new franchise concepts in the health, beauty, and wellness space. Sean led the franchise opportunity launch of MiniLuxe in March of this year and is focused on helping them grow beyond the 21 company-owned studios they operate.
