Tamara Menghi is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in college career services. As the former Senior Associate Director for Career Services and Operations within Career Advising & Professional Development at MIT, she oversaw employer relations, career fairs, and career prototyping.

With a Master’s degree in Counseling and Higher Education Administration, Tamara has a deep understanding of student and career development. Throughout her career, Tamara has collaborated with industry leaders and educators to create impactful partnerships, programs, and events supporting college student career exploration, such as an internship program connecting first-year students with employers, organizing large-scale career fairs, and facilitating career panels with industry professionals. She believes in the power of experiential learning to develop workforce-ready graduates and is committed to fostering environments where students can thrive.

Outside work, Tamara enjoys walking her dog, Junie, while listening to a good podcast, sewing, baking, and counting down the days until Halloween.
