AJ has been integral to the success of five startups, where he refined his entrepreneurial spirit and resilience. Most recently, as Chief Revenue Officer and Section 16 executive for Evolv Technologies, he spearheaded the company's hyper-growth phase from 2020 to 2023. His leadership was pivotal in Evolv's successful NASDAQ public listing in July 2021, cementing its position as a leader in leveraging AI for enhanced security.
Before his tenure at Evolv, AJ served as Chief Revenue Officer at Orbital Insight, a pioneering startup in geospatial analytics. He played a key role in securing over $120 million in venture capital funding from top Silicon Valley firms, including Sequoia, Google Ventures, and Lux, during the company's rapid growth phase. AJ continues to serve as a formal advisor to Orbital Insight, underscoring his dedication to their ongoing success.
AJ's career also includes 12.5 years at Eze Software Group, a leading fintech software platform for investment managers. At Eze, AJ played a critical role in two private equity deals and an acquisition. His deep roots in the hedge fund community and his role as Co-Head of Global Sales highlight his extensive experience within the financial sector.
Beyond his executive roles, AJ actively contributes to the strategic direction of several organizations. He serves on the board of directors for Bosonic Digital and as an advisory board member for Heavy AI Technologies and Cognovi Labs.
