In 2017, Mike and his team launched Hi Marley, which is transforming the way insurance communicates and is on a mission to make insurance lovable. The company is the first intelligent conversational platform built for P&C insurance and powered by SMS. Mike previously co-founded and led Futurity Group, a P&C insurance software and services company acquired by Aon in 2010. He has also partnered with more than 75 insurers globally in leadership roles at Aon, IBM, and Accenture.
